Why E-Learning is not effective

 

Students are simply not motivated in Online classes. They are usually easy as and are time efficient, but student learning outcomes tend to be lackluster. Perhaps the biggest disadvantage of taking an online class is the absence of face-to-face interaction between the teacher and their students. 

E-Learning requires strong self-motivation and time management skills. Lack of communication skills development in online students. Cheating prevention during Online assessments is complicated. Online instructors tend to focus on theory rather than practical efforts.
