How Online classes affect our Mental Health

Online learning allows student to go at their own pace & to study at times that work for them. Online Classes also fosters the development of important life skills like Organization, independence and self advocacy that can help students to overcome academic anxiety. Online Learning provides students many information in comfortable manner but in other way it also affects the mental health of the students.

In these classes, there is no face to face interaction they can share their feelings and problems with their friends and teachers in limited words. They cannot express their views openly. It creates many problems with them.

There are lots of work on them which is limited in given time. It makes students stressful. There are many classes, daily projects, assignments, GD rounds, PPT etc to fulfill their work. The Students cannot get sufficient time for them.

Their sleeping cycles get disturb. So they cannot concentrate on their work properly. In this way, we can say there are so many things which put negative effect on students which make students aggressive and stressful.
